How We Turned a Two-Hour Media Day Slot into a Full Campaign

A case study on planning, set design, and multi-platform sports content production with Bitpanda.

At GRIT Sports we specialize in turning limited athlete access into high-impact, multi-platform sports campaigns. In just two hours on an FC Bayern media day, we delivered a full campaign for Bitpanda with Konrad Laimer.

Media days are efficient by necessity. Access to athletes is limited, schedules are tight, and every minute is shared across multiple partners. When FC Bayern and our long-term partner Bitpanda gave us a two-hour slot with Konrad Laimer, the task was clear: create high-impact content without slowing the media day down.

The production took place during an official FC Bayern media day. To make the most of the limited time, we designed and built two complete sets in advance. Instead of rebuilding between shots, Konrad was moved seamlessly from one set to the next, allowing us to maintain momentum throughout the entire shoot.

Within those two hours, we produced:
• Two hero video pieces
• Multi-platform social and online content
• Campaign photography
• Visuals suitable for out-of-home placements

Every asset was planned from the start to work across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency beyond the shoot day itself.


Creative Direction

Together with Bitpanda, we developed two distinct hero narratives.
• Finance meets performance
One hero film connects Konrad Laimer’s training mentality with Bitpanda’s approach to investing. Focus, discipline, and long-term thinking became the shared story.
• Product-led storytelling
The second hero piece highlighted the Bitpanda app itself. Real product usage was integrated into a premium sports environment, creating a film that communicates features without relying on a classic explainer format.
