Managing a partnership on OneFootball is a masterclass in complexity. It requires the seamless coordination of diverse interests: from the platform’s own growth KPIs to the specific marketing objectives of brands. Often, this involves navigating a network of athlete ambassadors, their respective management agencies, and club representatives - while the content must always align with OneFootball’s visual language and platform logic. The challenge is to translate all of these interests into content that remains authentic, consistent and sport-relevant. We apply this approach across projects for a wide range of OneFootball partners, including Heineken, Fulfill, JustEat, Icon League and Kings League teams and Skechers - each with different goals, but all operating within the same platform environment.
One workflow that scales across stakeholders, channels and formats.
We take care of the coordination between platform, brands and involved partners, ensuring that content requirements are aligned before and during production. Deliverables are designed to run authentically within the OneFootball ecosystem and across placements used by the platform and its partners: app, social media, and out-of-home. A good example is our work around the Icon League team FC OneFootball. This project brings everything together: content production, photography, videography, social media management and project coordination. We handle matchday content, sponsor integrations, ongoing channel management and reactive storytelling - working closely with players, partners and the league setup. It’s a setup where all stakeholders come together, and where our full scope of services is applied in a real, fast-moving sports environment.
